Usut punya usust, ternyata meringue buatan gw itu... entah bener ato salah... jadi pas barusan mateng gw cicip sih kering dari luar ampe dalem... dan ternyata, pas udah gw bagi ke sepupu dan ponakan  masing-masing 1 toples, pas di buka, tengahnya jadi lembek kek permen, luarnya tetep renyah.. hahaha, kek makan kue diluar, permen di dalem :P mirip gulali gitu deh... padahal toplesnya dah rapet pake selotip.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Itu, gw taunya pas besoknya sepupu gw maen, trus dia nyariin Kue Permennya...siapa tau masih ada.. Nah, gw yg bingung, Kue Permen apaan yak? hahaha... secara gw gak merasa bikin tuh Kue...:P Herannya lagi, bokapnya sepupu gw, alias Om juga demen...hehehe, katanya pas pertama liat, gak tertarik, tapi, trus sepupu gw makan 1..katanya enak, jadi pengen icip...eh, ternyata suka! Masukkan gula dalam 3-4 tahapan. Tambahkan CTT dan kocok terus hingga adonan kental dan membentuk ujung tumpul sewaktu mixer di angkat.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Taruh wadah di atas wajan berisi air panas, lalu jerang di atas api kecil (seperti di tim), jaga jangan sampai air mendidih. Kocok adonan hingga hangat dan mengkilap ( kurleb 15 menit). Angkat dari wajan, lanjutkan mengocok hingga dingin.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Panaskan oven 80 C. Alasi loyang dengan kertas roti (harus! kalo nggak ntar lengket dan susah di lepas).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Beri warna pada adonan. Bentuk adonan dengan spuit sesuai selera. taburi dengan spikel atau bahan taburan lain.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Oven hingga terlihat kaku/kering (40-60 menit) dengan pintu oven sedikit terbuka.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Cara membuat party meringue ini emang agak ribet, jadi kalo bisa cari temen buat pegangin mangkok selagi ngocok adonan di atas wajan kalo nggak mau kek gw, bikin meringue sendirian, jadinya tangan kiri pegel pegang mangkok plus panas, trus tangan kanan gemeter pegang mixer! hahaha... :P Udah gitu, pertimbangkan penggunaan oven, melihat lama memanggang bisa ampe 1 jam, kalo bisa ovennya yg pake gas. Tuang vanilla aduk rata.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan tepung terigu+coklat bubuk, sambil di ayak, aduk rata.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan chocochips dan rice crispy, aduk rata. Ambil 2 sendok teh, bentuk adonan dan tata dalam loyang yg sudah dialasi kertas roti. Beri jarak di antaranya.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pangang dalam oven selama kurleb 30-35 menit dengan suhu 170 C hingga matang.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pas di gigit, rasanya krenyes-krenyes..hehehe... enak! Pernah juga bentuk hati. Liem... *secara saya belom pernah nyobain, hihihih, padahal bukunya beli udah lama*&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v254/Sakura0406/BlogMakanan/BukuBrowniesK.jpg" border="1" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;..sebenernya yang soal kukus mengukus itu saya rada cemas....kemaren bikin bolkus gatot mulu...jadi yang ini juga pake deg-degan.....setelah baca dan ngikutin cara di resep....kukus.....hoaaaaaaa.....untung jadi!!!   wihihihih....&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Cuma sayang...ada yang kurang, di resep gak di cantumin garam, jadi rasanya kurang mantaps...hehehe....&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v254/Sakura0406/BlogMakanan/BrowniesKukusPT.jpg" border="1" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;BROWNIES KUKUS PUTIH TELUR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;(Sumber : Resep Andalan Ny. Liem - Variasi Brownies Kukus)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan I :&lt;br /&gt;750 ml putih telur&lt;br /&gt;375 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;20 gr cake emulsifier (misal Tbm, Sp, ovalet, dsb)&lt;br /&gt;(saya tambah 1/2 sdt garam biar mantap)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan II : (campur dan ayak)&lt;br /&gt;275 gr tepung terigu protein sedang (misal segitiga/bromo) - (kemaren saya pake tepung roda/kunci biru juga bisa &lt;img alt="tongue" src="http://www.indocookingclub.com/ic_forum/smiles/tongue.gif" /&gt; hehehe)&lt;br /&gt;75 gr coklat bubuk&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt baking powder&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt vanili bubuk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan III : (cairkan)&lt;br /&gt;200 gr dark cooking chocolate&lt;br /&gt;250 ml minyak sayur&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan IV : (cairkan) -----------&gt; saya ndak pake&lt;br /&gt;150 gr dark cooking chocolate&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Membuat :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bahan I : Kocok putih telur hingga 1/2 mengembang, masukkan gula pasir sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus di kocok. Tambahkan cake emulsifier, kocok kembali hingga mengembang dan mengental.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan Bahan II sedikit demi sedikit hingga rata. Tuang Bahan III, aduk perlahan dengan spatula hingga tercampur rata.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tuang 1/2 bagian adonan ke dalam loyang ukuran 24x24x7 cm yang telah diolesi dengan minyak dan dialasi dengan kertas roti.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kukus ke dalam panci pengukus selama 20 menit hingga matang (lakukan tes tusuk). Tuang Bahan IV, ratakan. Kalo di rasa sudah tidak lengket di tangan dan bisa di bentuk, hentikan menambahkan tepung terigunya.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Giling dan cetak adonan dengan cetakan bintang. (atau cetakan lain)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Panggang dengan suhu 160ºC hingga berubah warna kekuningan, Jangan sampe coklat! (± 20 menit). Buat/potong2 bentuk kotak-kotak sesuai selera. &lt;/div&gt;  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;  &lt;div align="justify"&gt;Potong-potong dengan alat penggiling mie lebar. &lt;/div&gt;  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;  &lt;div align="justify"&gt;Goreng dengan panas sedang hingga kekuningan.
